Celebrated chef Carles Gaig, whose name is synonymous with Catalan cuisine, and his family own and operate the Singapore outpost, which proudly features Gaig’s traditional dishes based on fiercely guarded family recipes. It is managed by his daughter Nuria Gibert, the fifth generation of the family’s long lineage of chefs and restaurateurs.
